Ingredients

1:3 dilution of Valerian (Valerian Officinalis L.) root. Also contains Water, Liquorice Liquid Extract, Orange Oil, lemon Oil, coriander Oil, Star Anise and Sucrose

Directions:

To aid sleep: Take one 5ml spoonful 30 minutes before bedtime with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.

For the relief of mild mental stress: Take one 5ml spoonful three times a day with water or fruit juice if desired.
