Tisserand Sleep Better Discovery Kit contains a pillow mist, roller ball and a massage and body oil. With a combination of Jasmin, Sandalwood and Lavender oils. Blended to help you switch off, drop off and recharge.

Directions:

Step 1: Sleep Better Massage & Body Oil
After a bath or shower, warm oil between your palms and massage into the skin with gentle sweeping movements.

Step 2: Sleep Better Pillow Mist
Spray over your pillow before bedtime and to help your mind drift off and dream.

Step 3: Sleep Better Pulse Point Roller Ball
Once in bed, roll onto pulse points at the temples, neck and behind ears. Can also be used on the wrists.
