Ingredients:

A blend of 8 organic ingredients; Flax Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Soy Lecithin (GMO-free), Rice Bran & Oat Bran Germ Oils and Tocotrienol

Directions:

Use 1 tablespoon 1-3 times a day.
