  • It can be used to prepare porridge quickly without cooking.
  • Made from Oats, Buckwheat and flax seeds.
  • It can also be used to add to yoghurt or to make pancakes.

Ingredients

Gluten free oat flakes (44%), Sunflower seed, Date powder, Toasted hazelnut butter (8%), Ground flax seeds, Cacao powder (5%)

Directions:

Porridge – Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or vegetable drink and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons to a yogurt.
You can also add it to pastry, pancakes or energy bars.
