  • It can be used to prepare porridge quickly without cooking.
  • Made from gluten free oat flakes, Buckwheat and flax seeds.
  • It can also be used to add to yoghurt or to make pancakes.

Ingredients

Gluten free oat flakes (44%), Sunflower seed, Peanuts, Date powder, Ground buckwheat, Ground flax seeds, Freeze-dried raspberry powder (1.5%)

Directions:

Porridge – Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or vegetable drink and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons to a yogurt.
You can also add it to pastry, pancakes or energy bars.
