Ingredients

Two (2) Softgels provide: 1000mg Phytosterol Complex

Phytosterol (plant sterol) Complex (from soy) Providing Total Sterol Esters (including beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, brassicasterol), Softgel Capsule Shell: (gelatin, vegetable glycerin), Safflower Oil, Colour: Caramel.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules twice a day for a recommended intake of approximately 2g of phytosterols daily to support optimum cholesterol levels.
